Is it a true that in a major shopping mall with a global retailer like JD Sports, they could try to ambush you when you attempt to return an Item? The receipts say return, exchange or store credit is available within a certain amount of allotted time. So, why did they, as rumoured, call the police on a Chinese kid in the GTA who recently attempted to return and get store credit on an item and also block his path with security guards if he wanted to leave the store? They also attempted to steal the receipt and allege to the police that the shoes were stolen. Did this really happen? The store manager was charged for assault, unlawful detention, for uttering false statements and is now in detention, awaiting bail. I am shopping online then for home delivery at the factory brand (Nike, Adidas etc) website. What is the matter with some people? The cops who came to arrest him or her were white. The JP during the bail hearing was a black North African.
