The Canadian boy in France breaks into a bank in France and says he is working here today. The bank does not not care to check and see if he has any criminal record for stealing from a bank in Canada. Ultimately, they steal the mail from the bank in France or they steal it on delivery. Should they not feel like gold if this is France? How could they look as if they are asking for help? The laws of Europe say help them if they need help. I say I am the authority and will decide so I see my authority and when they ask why we do it our way, we will say we were not really trained to know the reception conditions but stealing the mail and refusing to provide it is obviously something I know I should not do. So, even if I was going to occupy the economy and I did not think the locals will fit in to my Hegemony or my culture, I would accept that my new occupied economy needs money and the people therein must have money for the economy to work; for my own purposes or else I will not sell and earn enough of anything. I also accepted the gun is an issue cheaply acquired and can cause problems with hungry locals if I bring too many of my people while these people remain too hungry. If they have more than enough money for their general needs, they will be content, not notice my activities and are happy. Maybe they will travel for too long and I take the fish and chips shop.
What if I saw the world through the rose colored glasses of hegemony and as an American, I might say after seeing a Paramount or 20th Century Fox movie opening segment that the "feeling" they evoke should belong to a European and I am trying to tell the world that I need to help the European occupy that feeling when this is stage they have created in the minds and soul, evoking feelings of authority and hegemony; shouldn't it be occupied by the European or the Russian and I think some seem to agree and want to come and occupy the space so I starve the North American until I make it what I think. The economy is no good and is contracting; and not really at its potential...always on the cusp of recession. Where are those Europeans who came or where are the Americans who must have been abandoned in the economy during automation and left to kill, steal and destroy. But, I had the power to decide to make it work as it should with a sufficient income support for all citizens as designed and decided officially by Europe but what did I do? They don't really want to come to live here when we don't really do as they would say about paying benefits to every benefit recipient. It feels hostile to them. We can talk about this further. How do we have any hegemony if we do not have any people with the same funding as these people do when they come to "Canda" and will I get jealous of what they do with their money and....!"
But, the original waters, earths and lands that were capable of human survival were brown, red and black. Cold makes us other colors. A dog can barely survive the cold for very long. It is frozen and dead and once technology enabled us to survive the cold, we became other colors but essentially we are all the same. Often, now its a government employee that holds a baby for the first time. Get with who gets you; who helps you. Be careful with that 30 seconds of time where ever you spend it to feel like the king or big man for 30 seconds and then what happened to your....couch? So, now how do we squeeze our non-monogamy fishboat fisherman or plantation Creole commune culture into the bible after we decide the bible makes sense with the cooperation that leads to multiplication and the more for all; the Matthew 5, Matthew 19 and Romans 7 truths now taking over our soul?
This essay is about law and anthropology and we will argue that nature beats nurture just as paper always beats the rock and the scissors if you know that family game. It is the position of the writer that all human beings are carrying within their souls ancestral stories or motivation and are thereby sharing the stories in how they abide by or refuse to abide simple principles of agreement in the economy or society in general involving politics and legal formalities; and sometimes we can find a "culture or microcosmic society " within a society that is attempting to tell us their island story, impose on us their ways, share and propagate around us their pain and in spite of the laws and they cannot avoid expression. The laws say we must all be provided an income support benefit. Then a microcosmic society within the society frustrates the written, legislated intention, finds a way to interrupt the benefit payment in designed work processes that allow this possibility and they say they need the money because they gamble or they just have to have the authority. Couldn't we just do it the happy way, respect the Great Kin and ensure everyone has their money? It would seem that by 1820, all the formal owners of property were killed in America by the gun. The civil war was to take it back from the informal owners and ensure the path to economic normalcy and legality could resume.
The tiny Bahamas and Zimbabwe have complied in paying their population certainly and consistently so that they have become an unofficial surrogate Anglo population, numbering almost equally the official UK population now along with the Polish and the Pakistani as they are also paid consistently and certainly. It is not paid consistently and certainly in England. Would it be possible that a society that is known to herald the virtue of education and the formality of laws is being marooned by a determined pirate anthropology that refuses, while Saville Row well dressed in the job or the office to abide by the laws and would prefer to interrupt and intercept systems of work and government that still rely heavily and unnecessarily sometimes on failed human faith and commitment in terms of motivation?
To begin the discussion, If the laws of our economy would speedily undo the work of the pirates and rescue us from the benefits theft we should be very grateful. We honor the mother. We honor the father. We honor the children. Let us remember we are all like dust or human excrement in the most unassembled constituent forms of our DNA. Can you imagine human excrement with an ego, slithering around and arguing with our common need for money in this world and how we can agree to see it paid to everyone and you argue when someone tells what to do and how it is necessary for the economy and for our lives, our lives?

You say this is a great essay but you then you say, "...Hold on... before we solve anything how does he look?"
The real question is where is his benefits payment? He looks fine once he has a consistent and certain benefit payment. You agree.

Our English black people will be just as well funded as their European or Russian black people with a certain and consistent benefit. Well. England is Europe and we know this.
We are all aboriginals in this world, in our historical reference before we are adorned with formal names and cultures or nationalities and then another culture in some of our experiences. Who would block the benefits of a 10 year old and then keep changing the address on his tax returns? He should receive his benefits. Where are his benefits? How do we answer this scenario is it was a refugee woman with her refugee children that are to receive benefits and they are unpaid in error? Maybe Zacharias was a refugee? He is invisible once he receives his benefits payment. Who altered his grade report in grade 7 and made everything a D except gym? Who interrupted his benefits? You can let him go now. He did not let you down.
He might have just wrote poetry and use his benefits to run an appliance and tv installation business. Take photos for automotive journalism. He would have done oil changes, light bulbs, fuses and filters. He just needs the benefits to back him up.
You give him benefits. But, who is interrupting the benefits policy in your good work and mission? There is a crime taking place. You just want to achieve your mission and run an economy with as little difficulty as possible; the fewest problems possible. While it is simple, we are still talking about socioeconomic problems such as a, b or c in the news. Google "socioeconomic problems" and this is what you see..... Individuals with lower incomes lack economic resources, resulting in social disadvantage, poor education, poor working conditions, housing insecurity, and residence in unsafe neighborhoods. The government pays for the new construction of all new condos and homes and it is under the auspices of "potential housing." It is Federal funding. The government will also fund the residents and citizens who will buy the properties or rent them, all the citizens, as there is enough money to do so We cant rely on Quebec or Ottawa citizens to buy all the condos with their benefit savings. They receive $20000.00 per year any way or $38000.00. It is not really enough to finance it although some buy the properties in cash with their benefits savings. If you are not sure, lets take a look at your 13%. IF you are still not sure add an extra 1% to the sales tax. There is enough money. They must fund all the citizens and residents and there will be many coming from other countries to help occupy these new properties. 100 pieces of copper is a dollar or an electronic payment once you deposit it in to your bank account or unto your credit card.
The means by which we begin to resolve these problems involves money and funding as discussed on the news if the money would reach the subject benefit recipients with certainty and consistency. $2.28 per hour every hour every day over a year for the duration of someone's life as paid certainly and consistently would save any life; most lives in most locations and increasing this by a $1.14 per hour would help tremendously wen the cost of housing and food exceeds this amount of benefit funding. See New Jersey. Yet, obviously some people die every day by gambling to death or they choke on beer. This happens in every culture and economy. If after the Great Kin has set his policies to alleviate these problems, why is is that the benefit recipients did not receive their benefits and why? How do we ensure there is enough money to achieve the policy? If we are sure everyone has received their benefits, we accept that some people now may choose to injure or hurt themselves in how they might gamble and we hope no one will be mugged and be rendered UNKNOWN. Even if they were, we save the soul we see in front of us, give them a benefit card, some replacement ID if anyone would ask for it and allow them the means necessary to ensure they are not in imminent danger. They can afford clothing and a motel or hotel and some food with that benefit card and so the tourist experience is beautified. The pirate usually takes a different approach to this that we will discuss briefly. If there is a question about what to do if the human is in a ship wreck due to job automation or any other kind of ship wreck, the pirate genome offers death or that they will learn to "kill steal and destroy" as a solution before the pirate sees that a human being is still a consumer and is worth the little bit of money given to "use" them and enable them as a consumer.
We can take their spit and find them in a database to identify them; I am sure. In some instances, a benefit card paying $2.50 per hour every hour; 365 days per year is enough to save that soul.
But How Do We Pay for all of it in the evident discussions about a solution?
Where is America's national sales tax at 1% that would have been the first natural alternative to the current indebtedness and instead of the foreign indebtedness and foreign influence?
America might have proffered itself as a global bully or police man but a bully or police man with a starving population does not really add up. It weakens your bully or police man persona. We enjoy the pageantry of the Mary Poppins Kingdom and the population should have a certain and consistent benefit as paid and received by the population to match the pageantry. We do not need people stealing or blocking benefits of any 10 year old or any other recipient at any age. How could that happen? We need an enforcement department with guns and handcuffs. But, we do have this don't we? Its called the police services.
See this example. The average McDonald's earns $1800.00 per hour. Let's see 10 McDonald's earn the government 1% sales tax over a year. We get $1800.00 x 24 x 10. Take this result and multiply by 365. Then multiply by .01 to see the 1% sales tax earned from only ten McDonald's restaurants. Take this number that represents 10 restaurants and multiply that number by 300 to see what 3000 restaurants earns the government. It's about
$473,040,000.00. 7000 Restaurants alone at 1% on all transactions per year as Fed sales tax will earn the Fed $1,103,760,000.00. This is earned electronically. There are solutions. Truth is not abandoned. Truth; that's the job. Do you believe it can all work like a massive toy train set so every North American or UK benefit recipients can receive his income support with certainty and consistency? I believe it; yes! We see what an extra 1% is worth per year to the Bank of England or the Fed over one year over a small fraction of the restaurant economy. But, what if you had this great economic space with many restaurants but then all of a sudden there are insufficient people or your people did not receive that small fraction of this government revenue as income support benefits certainly and consistently ($3.43 per hour per recipient 24 hrs per day/365 days per year) to fuel and fill this existing economic space with funded consumers to see the money regenerated as sales tax? The space would shut down as there is insufficient volume of business activity to support it. How to respond; we could increase income support benefits by .50 pence or .50 cents an hour or maybe by $1.00 as we encourage families to have more children and this would increase volume rather instantly and this is preferred to inviting large numbers of foreigners. We can do both. We can look and feel just as good as them and compete in terms of our available income support. We can have just as much as they do; look just as well fed as they do and happy.
What we have written here should be obvious and we are not teaching anyone anything or are there some errant souls in the ship captain's nook, holding the levers of decision who has something to say instead of just helping us with the obvious answer?

McDonald's, the American fast-food company, had 13,438 restaurants in the US in 2021 , a 2% decrease in the number of outlets as compared to the previous year.
So, the government would earn quite a lot. It is a Republican proposal to enable America to regain and save face in front of the watching world. The Republicans paid the American population an additional 1/2 billion as income support in the last quarter of 2020 and many of them truly needed it as individuals receiving less than $12,000.00 a year as income support or no support at all. The gentleman is not a convict but someone they attempted to embarrass for being charitable to a whore (...a Mary Magdalene) as angry individuals from Kanata who did not really go to law school and they wanted to know what he understood about court procedure; if he would ever just get up and leave the fraud proceedings. But, due to a failure in respecting the formalities and the process, there was no actual file before the Courts; no jury. Also, he was not campaigning in 2007 when the business records about the donations were made and would he really have asked someone to issue a cheque as a donation to a battered women's shelter? This took place 9 years before he was campaigning. So, it's not hush money.
They do not currently have a national sales tax. Who is making the dough for the bread? Who makes the soft drinks? But, we get it. Increasing taxes while fighting a war could affect your political office and likelihood of re election or maybe you increase the sales taxes and also add an income support for all citizens. If you can get their most sober sons to put on a uniform to offer their lives in the Kooringal valley who are looking for money, a job and dignity, then maybe you can get the support of the states and their governors to ensure they will input and pay this income support at no less than $30,000.00 USD per year($3.43 per hour); more money is preferred and is possible as the sales tax is collected. The war is over except but the one you have washed on yourselves by refusing Euro wisdom to pay a sufficient income support into the lives of Americans. American adventurism is over and American militarism is over except but in a sober, reasonable, effective, efficient and well equipped national defence, is over.

What NSA did not prevent Apple from making a deal with a foreign mobile phone company for the development of its phone program? You might say all the technology like this is made in Asia anyway, even if it is Motorola but for national hegemony or a sense of integrity or sovereignty, Apple would have been best to choose Motorola? You are telling the world about peace in the Ukraine when you still have not made peace in North America so that every North American is receiving and paid an income support. You say when a North American or Anglo attends in Europe, they should feel down and lowly. But the Anglo would always feel lowly if he doesn't know the language; some how. But, Capitalism decided that everyone must have a certain, confident lot of money to enjoy their journey and to be safe as they travel. Is this what you say? What if you sent the money but the pirates in your population interrupted the payment to lead you, nonetheless, to develop systems that are "pirate proof" and the beneficiary recipient will be able to get their money anyway? The recipient is the Great Kin's territory; not the pirate's territory and the Great Kin has already set his policy to pay them. What if the pirate stole and intercepted not only the money but also the recipient essentially by stealing their ID and then saying to the victim "..Just do as I say. I will help you and you will always need me"?
Could this happen in the modern era; 2020 or later? Why are we wrestling with a pirate people? You stole my mother's package. You interrupted the white lady's benefits at Santander Bank so she asked for all of her money back. But, maybe if we send it via Faster payments, the payment cannot be interrupted by the pirate and the payment is made to the recipient. We can send the payment by "Faster Payments" and not by BACS. No matter what, we are aiming at something called the congealing of a nation and the coalescing of diverse peoples and elements into "oneness."
