Alusra ™ door lock cylinders: we brought this idea forward before but now we add it to our list of Alusra™ ideas. The door cylinder has a mobile telephone transponder in it that will notify and transmit information to the owner of the home or to security/ police authorities when the door has been opened, when it is locked and when it is unlocked and when it is closed; just the cylinder and this is when 24 hour security monitoring is activated. It will also confirm when the occupant is in the unit. When you close the door from the inside you have to press a button for the dead bolt to release once it is opened and for the door to remain locked. Pressing the button to release the dead bolt sends a cellular signal confirming that there is an occupant within the property. It will work with most on the market home security systems that can report home activity via email and adapt the cylinder sensor as a special third party door sensor. The cylinder will also have a blue tooth over lock code that will prevent the cylinder from turning even if you have the key. You will have to deploy the code to activate the cylinder so that it can turn. The Alusra ™ door lock is designed by Warren A. Lyon.
