This just in; the DOJ confirms that it is considering, as rumoured, indicting any new organisation that uses any magic wall, graphic, screen or other form of media to say one candidate wins and not the other with the projection, prior to the election, of election results that interfere with the prospect of a free and fair election. It is intimidating and certainly a form of intimidation.l and coercion. Why would you do It? It's not fair or accurate. But, you suggested an election result as if it is fact. They would like to see if there is any tie to the attempted assassination of the actual President (alleged former President) or any scheme to say that the son of the current putative president was the alleged heir of the actual President who has suffered two assassination attempts during this election. Saying someone wins is different from saying they are in a contest or that they could win. It is illegal. The owner of the organisation, with or without conviction, is a private company and they will be fined for domestic election interference; a Federal offence. We have had no vote tally so why suggest every day that this candidate or the other "wins"? We have laws and we have to enforce them. §594.
