Artsy. It's tine for all North Americans to have the income support money. Wouldn't it be unusual if someone had to emotionally broker or offer half of his income support arrears payments; payments he never received in the hopes that someone or something would finally send him his current income support payments as due next month and the next month? Everyone should get their income support payments so they can buy their gumbo or their stews. They should be able to afford their gumbo, their Ford Mach E, their Chevy, their F150 or their Ram Truck.
