It works for all citizens in the Commonwealth world who are currently not receiving any Income support of any kind. You can also use it to make car hire purchase, ownership or lease payments. You can also buy airline tickets with it. Instantly, everyone feels more Swiss and Union Jack. The job centres were closed. The Council customer service centres remained open. After three months on the app, you can confirm a bank account number in Englander, Canada, Jamaica or the US where you would like to get a regular recurring payment. The Americans that have not received any income support can use it also if they can at least declare that they intend to travel to the UK in the next 12 months.
