WE could make water in buildings or factories, using abundant H2 and O gases from the atmosphere in a large cannister that is capable of producing 2000 litres per minute. We would put H2 gas into the cannister and then also O gas that will create a mist or steam with the water in a gas form and then we cool this to the right temperature to create water. This could be used or a municipal water supply until we can understand why the water from up the river and heading up to Minnesota is not sufficiently plentiful over the last ten years to maintain the water supply. We could add another percentage to the regular consumer sales tax during winter months to pay for the cost of snow removal and this is good. This could help Namibia become the new Dubai with 40,000 town homes and 9000 condominium buildings being built on the sands of Namibia in the next 30 years to prevent encroachment on the green spaces in Africa.
