May I remind your Honor; This just in; consumer weapons in America from now on will be sold with stopper rounds that wound but that do not kill any potential victim. It will knock them down. Death is never likely with these new rounds and the only rounds available across the country. It will break glass like any stone can break glass. But, blood injury, serious flesh wounding and stopping as in causing the potential victim to fall down and pass out is likely but not death at any distance. But, such weapons and the rounds remain licenced and remain guns and gun rounds but also the only rounds available to consumers. So, you can American express yourself but you will not international kill anyone.
