It's a foolish rumor maybe. Why would anyone want to force a black woman or man into IBM against their will in a murder conspiracy that the old woman died of a thyroid removal? Who would want a black woman in this role doing real estate contrary to her will and intentions in some Resentment of her involvement or capability but then wouldn't she have more involvement..at IBM as a black woman even if you think you are instituting some free labor or is it to sanitise the world of highly skilled, qualified reasonable black industry involvement? If you want a computerized real estate agent, call IBM maybe but it is work and it's kind of impossible for a human to do this outside of bodily form. They have to witness you signing and inspect the property with the buyer. Maybe the best way is to have her work, directing agents on a provisional license. Warren___ did the OREA courses and was an actual agent for sometime in the '90s and has a provisional license but they stole it, pretended he is dead and thought they would put in four brownish Asian people on his licence as a Pretender apology and there is this black guy who tries to kill people on his apples phone by saying they will be dead and nothing will work. He put the black lady real estate agent on his phone. It's a fraud on the real estate profession. The Real Estate Council of Ontario is looking into it. All involved are arrested. How can you say you are an agent when you did not even do one course; ever of any kind? It would be the utterance of a false statement. Why do they have courses any way? It would be to prepare you for the profession so that you will not cause the broker errors and omissions. It's not impossible for any 18 year old to be a real estate agent with on-going coaching maybe from the black lady. If you want an Iroquois agent who looks Asian, we can do this. But, you don't seem to like formalities in real estate anyway. The white and black people want a black agent that has 30 years of experience without any errors or omissions who will listen and give them time to find a property and maybe understand that Uncle from Negril is coming to sign if we could be patient and give him time to work out how to transfer some dollars from a mango truck sale. She is also a musician and talented in various genres but not all the world wants an agent who sounds like Mango land. i think it would be good if you just call where you know its her answering. You seem to confirm she is good enough to help people. She is alive. But, the dead cannot sign deals as agents from IBM. It seems the Murdaugh murder file on Tv recently was an anomaly of law based on not only US law but South Carolina law. The key paragraph is noted in red here below from a South Carolina Law Report. The anomaly is seen in the lack of energy spent and actual achievement in providing proof that could convince any one that the accused killed and intended to kill. We learned at best that he was the inconsistent fellow, gentleman or individual. Did they, the D.A., take advantage of the Jury and it's novice innocence on these matters? Hindsight is 20/20. There could be a crazy secretary lady from Clarendon, Manitoba who tried to put in four agents on one licence sometime ago in Manitoba and hoped the black agent graduate would just freeze to death in her vehicle.
