Since there are some income support policies in effect with different amounts paid to citizens but not a national scheme, we identify that this is an ineffective system that is not addressing the average national cost of living and cost of acquiring a vehicle any where in the country; hence the narina national statistics involving consumer activity will indicate ALWAYS that consumer stimulus is low, that recession is looming.  The yardstick is National no matter how many Cray fish you can eat for free from your river out back and the cost of that Ford is the same no matter where you are in North America.  The only solution is a national amount that is  $60,000.00 per year or more in the effort to solve what is a national. Consumer stimulus and anti recession problem. 

The programmer at the treasury can see the various income support policies across the country and make top up payments to those citizens that are not recieving the sufficient amount of income support. So, the man from Delaware who is receiving $17500.00 per month will receive an annual top up payment of $42500.00 paid bi- weekly at  $1634.62.  This will make his income support equal to Minnesota's support or Vermont's income support.

   We will never really be equal since they ha e been receiving income support since 10 years old.  We are just the Consumer for the global Asian supply of a multiplicity of intelligent, cool products.  But, we must have the money to consume the goods, buy the goods and aid consumer stimulus while also preventing recessions or any depression.  If all of the foreign citizens with their income support from their respective countries left North America today on Mass, North America would be in an economic depression as we have not committed to paying every citizen an income support in the way the Asians have committed to doing so, in the way the Swiss and all other Europeans  and Russians have committed to doing so.  It would be nice if all of North America could be on par with the Swiss, following the Swiss as an exemplary multiethnic economy.  They have black shoes, dark chocolate and black expensive vehicles in Switzerland.  

We enforce income support benefits in Iraq and in Afghanistan. We will do it in North America now.  We will top up the state or province that is currently under paying any of its citizens.  We will debit their USD  account with us at the Fed.
