The black young man wrongfully accused of withholding information from a detective during a police investigation actually moves on to own a Golden Corral or or an Applebee's. He then goes to Law School part time and get a job as a District Attorney. He notices in his work that quite often the indictment system says there is "no file" for the disclosure of particulars. The only people convicted are the people who fail to ask for the whole particulars. Many celebrity actors or rappers who were convicted never asked. He decides to work hard for promotion and get to to the desk of Chief Prosecutor working under Warren A. Lyon who is New York Attorney General. Just as he starts to issue particulars by cause of rights, he notices weird events around him. He drives a regular Cadillac SUV electric as built by GM-oyota. But, one night he sees a man in a vehicle identical to his just a few car lengths ahead killed by gun fire. He writes down the licence plate and notices after running some checks through the police database on his Google phone that the victim was a particulars clerk with the NYPD and his laptop with particulars was spirited away by the shooters who wore major fast food restaurant uniforms. He notices Police Officers and bus drivers are waving at him, saluting and nodding in acknowledgement. An English lady calls him "...the Guvnah." Later that week, he suffers two break-ins and sees a phone number written on the bathroom door saying he must " Ask for the deal." The movie is similar to Michael Clayton where you see the intrusive victimisation of the main characters by the antagonists. This is the general story line that plays out with positive vindication of the protagonists with Swat worthy of the movie the Professional taking these clowns in; laser targeting rifles, M43 rifles with full metal jackets and RPGs that blow up their drug dealer Hummer EVs where they get electrocuted. If they did not hire Counsel or take any positive steps forward, the Police Chief took the whole transaction as a threat on him and his life personally. You will attend Court, hire Counsel if needed and follow the process. If you request particulars , they will be provided. The main character is vindicated in the end With an NYPD Medal of Honour.
