This just in; the UK government, as rumored, has now enabled all bank accounts held by citizens with a new feature that lets them set up an account transfer that will pay once or on a recurring basis the amount they are allotted as their monthly income supplement. The system will confirm to the bank the monthly allotment and the arrears outstanding. They will be able to access the funds this way at any time. Essentially they will be releasing funds into their current account that might be on hold contrary to actual bank policy and banking rules; contrary to the intentions of the sender. The system enables us to send or transfer money to the HMRC but we will be allotted a function in the online banking system to order funds paid into our account directly from the DoEE. The system will not allow more than what is outstanding as unpaid dating as far back as 1987 in some cases. If there are arrears, you can request lump sum one time payments once a week of no more than &3000.00 once a week from the arrears. You can set up a standing order to pay that sum into your current account once a week as an arrears payment. The recipient will be able to see what is outstanding through a link to their current account's sundry of unpaid funds waiting to be released to the current account by the bank. A message will be sent to the account holder's inbox confirming the amount in sundry automatically. You can think of it as a "request for an income supplement payment" in the online banking funds transfer screen. It seems some banks are skipping payments every second month so the client is only receiving six payments per year; not 12. Santander is guilty of this. The building society is skipping three a year. We can pay the government directly from our accounts. We can order payments in from the government also if for some reason the funds have not been paid out. The government's computer can recall a payment for every payment the customer has had to order that it be paid directly with the proof on account. The Computer will debit the Sundry/General Recipient account for incoming payments and credit the DoEE. The system will confirm if income supplement funds are already available at the bank as funds to be released for the current monthly cycle. If not, new funds will be ordered in and credited to the account instantly. It will not be paid into the bank's general recipient account for incoming payments but directly to the current account for the recipient. The government intends to pay and this is the evidence. Who is the urchin provoking a kind of stand off; asking the government if the urchin will be killed for this mischief or if they will be chosen over the law and the government's intent to pay that recipient? The client can request the funds be paid in monthly as a standing order or the monthly amount can be divided in two for two separate payments per month. It is best to have a church that involves as many people as possible. He who has the most people wins. What if you had a big building or a big territory but no one in that territory had any money or too many people were being abused in petty consternations over personal hegemony anxieties. Maybe you cannot get your pizza order if your girlfriend is fat and looks like she has four babies a year for you and her family. That is too much hegemony for some so you have to wait. Maybe you get your order quickly if she looks like a bikini small size addict. In either case, you want a growing cooperative church and a growing society. Growth might be that you expand your population into the territory and spaces of other people and you keep growing. taking ground and taking more space in the global economy. It is not you that I see here in downtown America. I see Asian people. The car is German or Japanese. The phone is Asian even if it has a European brand. But, sometimes even though cheese is cheese, you want something Swiss every so often with its unique holey design. However, if you are going to have a European population with its offshoot territories, you want those offshoot expansion territories to be safe for Europeans so you want to know all the people in those expansion territories have enough money; soo much money and just as much as you or nearly in the smaller Canadian currency that they do not have time to think about how you are European and feel different, eat differently than the Canadians do and you smell different as you rally 'round here although we may all look quite the same around the world due to Gillette, Lancome, Burberry and Nescafe. But, to achieve that cooperation there needs to be an understanding of that sense of personal hegemony within us that might conflict with the personal hegemony of others before we find and solidify that sense of purposeful group hegemony; the nation or the church. The Church is seeking the hegemony of the Lord. Without this oneness in our sense of hegemony in our group distinguished by markings or flags, we might see the childish conflict that ensues among men. Who is the leader? Who is setting the vision? Who is choosing the color of the paper and the ink for the bulletins? Most of what we see begins with a small group that shares their common energy and hopefully that group will grow and we feel covered, sheltered by our time and energy in cooperation. But, there was one tribe in the world once maybe called the Neanderthal or the Pangea man who might have developed subtle differences among themselves in different Geographical locations, different languages where, by location, you would have a unique grouping that would emerge and along with it, its own unique history, experiences with weather, animals and other such phenomenon and maybe they added colors and tribal markings and face painting to identify their heritage or their ancestry and the stories they had here in this brief moment in time we are to enjoy and to carry to another generation. Is your story or part of it the pain of slavery; the pain of maybe working for free and not being paid but encouraged to keep working for a little verbal appreciation or in the notion that you are kind of like family? How do you pass that on as a strand of identity? Maybe you don't want anyone to feel too free and independent with their qualifications to fly planes or fix gas pumps. Maybe you find the graduation association your nephew has taken on intimidating and you are not sure if it obligates you to do as he will ask while he is not like that and has no idea of what you are going through in the latency of your expression and reactions in the pains that you carry in your flesh from the bygone slavery era. You have used him as a hostage in your latency. You keep stealing his job offers when they arrive in the mail. You collected them as trophies. The job and the income does not end up in your family. Your brother says you must give him what you are holding; the pay cheque, the mail, the shoes and clothes. You say to him "Black Life Matters." The old white guy asks you to let go of formal legal protection and the expectations of formal Court processes, formal elections processes, formal processes of legal ownership or formal job qualifications and in return, he will appoint a few black people to a high ranking post and you scream in fear since it makes everything uncertain and it means you might get shot for a loaf of bread. He steals your vehicle from you when he says he thinks your vehicle is too new for people like you in his expectations. He is a wild bucket of instability where we all lose in spite of our confidence in our personal authority or church membership or any other associations to cover us. Did you donate to the local police before you call for help? You better say you donated. Don't say you thought they had a salary.
