In a nuclear war with nuclear powered ships and subs, wouldn't we all lose when the nuclear ships or crafts are sunk and destroyed by the other side and the world's oceans are poisoned? That would be just the saddest thing. If the subs are sunk but not destroyed, then we have to get them out of the water. Restart them some how.
