We might have been founded by the governing Roman and African civilization 350 years after France but our current economy set to become a Tiger economy runs from Dover to Vancouver. We have all the same technology as Europe and Russia at our disposal so there is no reason for this silly, ongoing dalience; economically speaking that is causing a population hemorrhage within our territory but no more. If we are good to ourselves at least, if not white, then what should we do? We have to win. We can't stand a derailed subway everyday and if it happened, we would find a new subway operator; nor can we stand a underfunded and derailed economy. Government finance builds the projects and government finance enables buyers and renters with income support to occupy the projects or is there someone imagining that she will have all the empty units as financed by the government to herself while the Canadian people that the homes were built for are encamped outside? We could help them with emergency benefits cards ( available to all Canadians for about 4 years) that can be used to pay for the housing and we will also send direct income support payments to all Canadians to be received at their bank account as registered with the government. It might be that all the new buildings and development are covered by government finances. This is good for the developers but it does not mean we can tolerate foreigners occupants only with their benefit money over and above what is received in benefits by the average North American. That is economic losing; as we cannot afford to occupy the space and place intended for us. Charles says we must pay the benefits now in full and sufficient requisite amounts to support our population, our team. It's a good thing for the developers and builders also. Let's look at even a basic rent of $1000.00 per month with a new base of tenants for the one bedroom units across Ontario; 100 new tenants or so. They will be told politely in that new condo in Barrie or Waterloo that they have to wear H & M, Uni Qlo or Old Navy and to kit it out following examples in the magazine. This might be a "Housing" rent at $1000.00 per month per building with a 100 new tenants once you turn the cash on and so that is an extra $100,000.00 per month. What would I demand from us if I am really Portuguese or Italian? If you are an alleged business leader and accomplished business man how would you lead the economy to solve this issue of the "running down" economy if the matter dropped on your lap? How long would it take? You think the Europeans and Russians have not noticed your slow inability to solve the problems to make your economy really move. But, maybe you would run for Office to be a national leader if luck would cover your way; twice maybe and you would solve the economy previously run by who and to what end, solving it in a New York minute and then they would mint a coin in your honour? You would "Dunk" on this economy issue and show them how Marilyn Mommy calls you on your telephone; sing it!! Otherwise, we get it. You chose yourself to be the President and you chose a Defence Secretary who parallels your lack of knowledge concerning anything except hair gel and whiskey. You don't anyone to show you up. But, you could at least care to defend the population and ensure "our team" has the essentials. It would only take him a day to get it going. We can design anything. Certainly, anything we design demands and requires people with money for us to enjoy it; if it's a restaurant, an amusement park, a shopping centre or a town or city in general. The Bugatti sellers will have more sales and the Vauxhall owners will finally make full payment for the shopping and vacations; full payment for their vehicles also. We do not enjoy suffering, lack or insufficiency. But maybe a vengeful bum might. Money is important. It has to be important. So, why are we incessantly brought to have this conversation about income support rather quite often when observing the economies west of Calais as run by; whom? When it comes to the economy and the people suffering in moneylessness after automation, you seem to think you are teaching Europe about your imaginary King in French history; that you think the king or queen would do nothing. This is your idea or theory. Maynard Keynes who was more...Swiss gave your attitude a name. He called it Laissez Faire. Laissez Faire is not an economic policy but the policy of no policy in light of industrial mechanization of labor and the social problems it occasions when the families do not have enough money to buy their coal for heat, milk, bananas and vegetables. They would usually just take what they need; wherever they can take it. The economy is run by whom? The income support in Vermont, Minnesota and Massachusetts exceeds $70000.00 per year. This should be so for the whole, entire continent. But, some states and provinces, not all, are being run by income support benefit men touring boxes of undistributed emergency debit cards that they can now hand out to people in those camps. They seek public attention more than public efficacy. They have had enough time to solve the obvious. Money is the obvious issue but you wouldn't be waiting for an God fearing man to come and campaign on this issue when we know you can see the problem and solve it for us in the same way you can solve bad whiskey with militarism. You can also solve bad uneven roads and bad uneven distribution of income support benefits from state to state. All states' citizens should receive at least $100,000.00 per year as income support. In the SNAP Act, it states that all citizens should receive no less than $100,000.00 per e as income support. We do not enjoy suffering, lack or insufficiency. But maybe a vengeful bum might.

They are experimenting with money in terms of crypto or bit coin and its definition before they would agree to just HAVE MONEY.  Money is the most important weapon in spite of all your Oppenheimer detonators that can't read help during peace time and for what when you would still need money? 

 The idea of Laissez Faire is to wait for God and ask God When it will work like how it works for the Swiss or the Icelandic people? Maybe the Spanish ship wreck in Jamaica around 1435 had to wait 30 years or maybe 200 years before any significant European help arrived. No matter how long it took, there must have been significant anger there.  It's in your stomach and your foods from that land. It's in there and now that zombie DNA has become you and you can't think. It's makes you a pawn of it's anger. 

 It was a ship wreck in a desert island with a majority of orphans and a few adults on board this ship. The adults  were killed and the orphans adopted by the native. A culture of "absence" ensued and they tried to rebuild  a more tolerable structure, the younger kids pretending that the older kids could be there parents and maybe a native who they adopted as an elder who brought apples  and would ask if you know these kinds.

We cannot presume the murderous orphan is only a male. His tendencies are anthropology that could be passed on from generation to generation. His community, much like him actually support his nonverbal cues and machinations but in the end, he is wrestling you out of your good way and service to others so that you are kind of marooned giving one of his kind the attention it seeks selfishly; all of your attention and all day long.  His daughters are argumentative, needy, ugly pirate woman who have nothing in their mind to achieve except but the defeat of our quiet monogamous expectations; woman. They distract you in trying to destroy you. But, some how, they used to verbally build you up until you were proven as good. Then they take you as competition.  She is a yard woman who does not want to see you enjoy your happy, monogamous beliefs and would hope to stale mate your monogamous dreams.    The economy is run by; whom?  We could travel to Ireland or Norway or Germany and find a more vibrant, settled example of the regenerative economy that stays active and never shuts down  no matter how much human replacing and displacing work automation is employed by companies and services.  Charles understands this and heralds the power of this technology.  They kill the best mango picking farmer boy in the yard for competition that he might be selected as manager of the yard over them.    He would like to know who is cancelling the benefits of government employees once they become paid under employment; however and why the benefits are not paid to every citizen regardless of their resources?    

 Really, Laissez-Faire is to laugh at, placate, adopt and legitimize the failure of those who did not do something other than leave the population in an amazing abandonment in a culture of "absence" in an unwillingness to do the only thing that could be done to solve the problem, in light of the evident moneyless-ness and other forms of desperation that became evident.  But, who would want to recreate this or just work to manifest it, doing something  about saving money...on benefits, just to see this Orphaned Culture  take shape in Europe unless he carries it in his soul and he might look white but he is a "carrier" of that culture of "absence"?  It's unusual when it slows down the economy and causes economic desperation, under fulfillment, public displays of human degradation. 

The architect is not interested in any socioeconomic virus or those who carry it where  the virus insists on the public social death and degradation of some people in public and also their exclusion as if it is something they need to see to feel avenged deep down in their soul or as if it is something they yearn for that they would enjoy!  All other major economies, except  the CAD, UK GBP and USD have worked to ameliorate this with a UDHR compliant benefit for all regardless of the citizen's employment status. The reason  is that jobs are not guaranteed; not even in Japan, Russia or Germany. They are not. But, we could as a society guarantee clean streets with clean people. We don't have to talk about the man who was hit by a bus who cannot find his wallet and phone afterwards and the degradation that might ensue but even for him, we can guarantee that he can traverse his bad kick, bad luck experience with enough of everything so that we don't have to know. We don't have to see.  

So we see a kind of economic precipice that you could  fall off...and instead of being helped back up to safety so you can enjoy the Canada Junior Hockey team with your fellow Canadians, people just look down on you but they do not help you back up and they relish this. But, they must have jobs to help. It's as if they would  rather see some person  or persons dead on the ground and hurting. 

What percentage in terms of DNA and it's origin will make a Creole Eskimo pretending to be Asian  or White etc behave like this, so selfish and so violent;  so wrong? Get out of my house. You are already convicted. You would want me to apply for housing. The origin DNA is the Murderous Haitian orphan that tends to play classical piano rather well. A real Eskimo would care, help and cooperate. We see Mozart's Haitian teacher did not want to see Mozart do anything in front of him that would attract public achievement or approval for fear of an inheritance rival; if there could be something. An Eskimo-looking piano man who eats patties or Siu Bao and demands absolute authority and hegemony while eating siu bao or patties stole my Igloo. I'm an African descendant of an African Roman; an Egyptian also. He can enjoy his igloo and I can enjoy my igloo. Take your kid and go. Your hope for a stand off in front of the authorities is over. You were convicted for your trespass but we can be friends. I left some beers on your door step. Give me a call.

It's a kind of thumb fight economically on this benefit issue west of Calais for way too long. They pass the hockey  puck rather well and the rugby ball  or basketball  but  they are not passing the money to each other as a community; to win. There is only  one way to play Good economy or good rugby. You are letting other countries steal your space and your place on your own home field; steal your basketball, puck, rugby ball or football in this game of economic football. You are not winning at the moment as the English.  There is too much internal loss of players or citizens on your home field /or territory.    

Do you know what a thumb fight is?  This could be settled easily.  But someone with his hand on the wheel of the economy says that "...if it is settled then there is no fight and if there is no fight, when do I win and put my foot on the Lord's face?  So we have to keep the struggle alive."; he says and we disagree with this bastardy and the sense of  a diabolical self- sabotaging junta. You need to respect who you see on the coins. 

All of this public indignity and degradation can be avoided with the provision of income support benefit money paid to an account or with a  Benefit payment card that completes payment, enabling the ability to pay. 

We have the technology to solve all of our problems and we must accept that some of our citizens, not due to bad habits or personal fault  but because of bullies, violence or abuses when approaching banks or businesses or because of violent building staff or housing staff, have been abandoned in front of all of us that we would witness  this; and we don't want to see yet we can solve it. 

Most new condo or rental condo buildings today are 30% occupied in the GTA.  It is the issue of over capacity. The reason for this over capacity is not centered in need but maybe boredom.  I build therefore; I am.  The governor says, "I generate sales tax and gives therefore I am."  I sell pizza; therefore I am and certainly many of us shop to enjoy our existence.  It might just be a new Ambrosia pudding mixture. Maybe you want to try that new soda called Bubbles etc.  Maybe you want to enjoy that new sauce for that burger or your shrimp dishes. 

What would you do with an economy  where all the roads were broken?  In any event, we can all look good in a tuxedo or business attire with three square meals in our belly; with that dignity we expect.   To ensure we understand what we are building, it is an environment that exists based on codes and laws; building codes and criminal codes. It exists based on international laws such as the UDHR that ensure certain socioeconomic standards maintained in the most efficient ways possible in fulfilling the UDHR;  and much like with airports, we follow the standard examples utilized in other countries and economies.  The rates of socio economic abandonment are highest in Canada as compared to other countries in the industrial world.  The architects vision of our urban spaces does not require destitution to achieve a gritty movie-esque urbanity.  It requires people with sufficient money for safe, clean public spaces that we are all expected to visit, inhabit and enjoy; to enjoy clean spaces with reasonably healthy and reasonably attired people.   The Clothing at Simons or Marshalls is not free but its not expensive. Emergency benefit cards will help to disburse encampments.  

So, as we reason together, we will not reduce sales tax unnecessarily. That is not decisive and purposeful until we have achieved our most significant goal; energizing the population economically with guaranteed certainty and sufficient money. 

Reducing sales tax is to placate you think. You can keep doing  that but when do we commit to achieving that paid benefit as do other European nations and just fit in? Yet it is as if expression; is it expression of some deep hurt is more important to you?  After our goals are achieved such as: 

 1) safe well funded people with income support at no less than $275.00 payable to all citizens comparable to our European neighbors or economies in Asia such as India and China;

2) Smooth, paved roads; 

 3) Expanded transit; 

4) New home and condo development known as housing;

5) Funding of Churches; 

6) Funding  of Schools then we could rudder sales tax up and down, fluctuating it to encourage stimulus and  raise it on certain days to dissuade over stimulus or over consumption once buying power with consistent and sufficient income support has become a stable and staple constant.

Our goal, above transit  funding, is to beautify people as a significant facet of the landscape, enabling them to be the average looking people and to participate in the economy so that we can all truly be good and; just average, anonymous and insignificant but healthy and clean fixtures of the urban experience. 

But, first we will ensure all national revenues are utilized with available technology to provide emergency benefits for those of us who have fallen into bad situations; regardless of the reason and without judgement.  The method of delivery is an emergency benefit debit card that we might call it the PM Carnel Card since he endured some of the difficulties we understand many Canadians are facing with insufficient benefits or low and inappropriate service acumen with banks, airport, hotel or building staff and he might be begging his country men to help him that we might all be equal; know his experience.  We have to a goal to beautify the landscape with new architecture and beautify the people with requisite "everything" as they self cater to their Maslow needs. We do not want to see sad things in our landscape. Old Navy or H and M or that new pair of shoes from the Champs Sports Shop  is not expensive but its not free. 

Also, the era of the ditsy news is over since it could be contagious.  We need the more thankful, energetic and celebrant yet cutesy school teacher on the  news  channel who cannot stand the evil that is going on. 

Carnel; he broke into supermarkets and lived in them for weeks to find food and water after being robbed at a poker game or handcuffed by a whore and mugged in downtown Montreal who offered him "clean"; wore tuxedos to rob the banks and is a poster boy for  what is wrong with us. We are not defending and protecting, supporting each other like champions any where else but on the hockey ice.  In being equal, we will all have access to this Carnel card that will effect payment.  It can be picked up at any post office or Walk In Clinic and it is intended that you have only one for your purposes that will fund all hotel stays every day up to $300 per day, food, clothing and other shopping needs up to $200.00 per day. The card will dispense cash also up to $100.00  per day.  The card will allow hotel stays  for 30 day bookings.   We see no significant cost abuse if someone used multiple cards except that it means it might take longer for others to get one and therefore this is frowned upon.  The card use of multiple cards will be identified and the second or third card will be deactivated. Carnel would probably take and try to use multiple cards. 

 You can only stay in one hotel a night.  You can only spend and eat only soo much but we would prefer that you are well taken care of and settled in.  You are in a hotel or motel.  You can clean up and get settled in your soul again and soon you will be able to occupy a residence like what you see is being built for your involvement and inclusion; and make the monthly payments, buy the coffee maker and the furniture  with your Carnel card or your bank account card after you get that going again;  if you can pick up a new Simplii card at a CIBC branch or President's Choice card at a Shopper's Drug Mart with a Canada Post outlet because the building manager is stealing your mail; so we will all receive in the year 2025 $100,0000.00 per year/ £ 50,000.00 pounds per year as income support paid as you choose, very soon, weekly, bi weekly or monthly through our new Service Canada benefit portal.   Do not worry about our Lords and Princes  and the Princesses etc where all will receive £100,000.00 pounds per month; and as a Negligence community, we will all be happy.  

Just remember that our taxes are paying for Carnel's raiment or socks and shirts, his gravy and his milk. It's paying for all the politicians in their current duties or in retirement.  That's okay hit we also agree that we pay the tax that we can all be happy and benefit. It's our culture. It's the law. 

This is good economic hockey in defensively occupying our landscape as built for our enjoyment so we must be able to hold our space and place in this land; our true north strong and free and this is evident that it takes money to do so.  Those who wish to join our team from other  countries can do so with their superior, more certain benefits and then they will live among us.  Charles concurs on his laptop. Do you know who?  

We are not only building homes, people and transit but  ensuring that we are cleaning. What is the point of only cleaning the subway and transit if we do not also work for clean, properly funded people? Old Navy is not expensive but it's not free.  

This is human. This is humane.  This is all being built rabidly with public tax funds.  We are all included and here to enjoy and be happy.  This is Canada.
