Look around and figure yourself out. You notice how nothing is really working for all the people born into our community and the benefits are not paid equally. Generally the majority of the white people are not receiving a sufficient income support benefit to live safely in their homeland. Then there is a citizen, regardless of his or her complexion who you could add to the benefits system like as if he is an African or West Indian new arrival; using the account where you know he can receive the monies; the account where you pay the one time HST credit of a few hundred dollars per year. This is not the actual benefit, however, that is being sent to an account where he does not have access to it as it was opened with out his consent; as a joint account.
