If you are offering in public to sell a phone that is not in your possession for sale and you do not intend to purvey a phone if ordered, then isn't that a fraud? Is this really a phone for sale? There is no brand name. If it is not a phone that they intend to sell for this price, what happens if you order it and do they just tell you on product tracking that it was confirmed as delivered...but you did not get a phone or worse, you got a plastic phone protector for $77.00 but that is not what you ordered so then this is a fraud; right?
