A man says to a candidate that if you say something stupid about Puerto Ricans or Costa Rica, I will pay you $100,000.00. Butz this does not give the man paying the money the right in any contract to steal all of our votes or the expectations of a free and fair election when we have no contract with that man paying the money; nor is the man who said the stupid things in a contract to be deprived of his right to a fair election contest. Who would think he could get a way with this low Level election fraud? It's a fraud on all the voters and they are to be apprehended when the stupid comment or the money paid to make them has no nexus to the election and our expectations of our right to vote in the election to be free of the such presumption of interference. The DOJ is rumoured to be indicting those involved.
