We see the Caribbean Pangea man's first received culture on the arrival of a shipwrecked and marooned explorer was just that; being marooned and rationing in addition to survival with "piracy" and a "Pretending Masquerade Mockery" in work and play of the arriving Europeans as the Pangea man says "I will be you." The issue with this is that the Pangea man is not really supporting your agenda for a quiet, serene economy in the West Indies but is engaged in trying to teach you something about "him" and is telling you a story about what happened and also about what is happening; in the English world primarily. He is engaged in expression with little mind about consequence. Is he demeaning you? The economy is not difficult to work out. We pay an income support of $8.00 per hour 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. We collect sales tax in the millions per hour but this Pangea man turns the economic space into a dry place wherever he may; so that he is hungry enough to express his culture of piracy and cannibalism; even in the Court. If the income support is not being paid, it is illegal. If you designed a program to vet recipients for an income support, the program is illegal. The salaries paid are proceeds of crime. A man in Oshawa does not qualify for Ontario Works because he receives $18,000.00 per year in support. The man Scarborough has to apply for support if he did not attend Catholic School or a regular public trade school. The basic support to be paid to all should not have been cancelled and cancelling it when it was Federal policy is illegal. But, maybe the Pangea man made the area desperate enough to justify his contemptuous anthropology before the Court. Some are receiving income support and some are not receiving any. But, we contribute equally yet we do not benefit equally. Ontario contributes more to the country's sales tax collection but the Ontario citizen does not benefit to the same extent as other citizens in other provinces as Ontario receives significantly less and many do not receive any. This is illegal; a S.15 charter breach. Today, the income support should be $80,000.00 per year per citizen. But, maybe some provinces will allow you to opt for weekly, bi weekly or monthly payments in keeping with the s.92 powers with essentially equal but slightly different services. You look good; nice suits and attire but there is something disconnected and out of touch with the experience of the population and it would only take a moment to solve it and send monies to those not receiving any and to those not receiving enough across the country. There is little preventing any one from any other country living in Canada and they have more income support even if they come from warmer countries. So, our lack of sufficient support only makes more room for them in our home; our native land. For North America generally, you see the global authorities are re training the North American and the Anglo or English generally with new expectations for their expectation of hegemony and the expression of the same. It is to be the consumer of goods and maybe not the producer. What if the soft drink has an international or Asian owner but it remains sold and marketed around the world? The Anglo is no longer the global police man or the global soldier necessarily. But, the Anglo will be a big, well funded consumer of goods and buy two sundaes with two toppings; not one. He will buy the vehicle with the extra features and pay in full instead of ask annoying and desperately for the deal in an Anglo population; not of nobodies but of sacred human beings that need to be treated with dignity in the global economy. All humans are sacred. As humans, that are still learning to accept and hallow their sacredness as representatives of God in cooperation with each other, they accept they have not cooperated so far with the importance of money and the need for money to be provided to all to ensure not only a market with diverse product offerings that increases consumerism but a market and economy with consumers that can afford to consumer and spend money to make the market profitable, worthwhile. A market with lots of product diversity and choice reverberating excitement is attention getting but a vain idol if the consumers in that market have no money so the market garners a return on investment. Its a dead horse economy; vain. They have not cooperated with the simplicity of how it can be done. You see it as soon as you could very clearly that the West Indian or the Jamaican should just work out a bountiful income support and he settles in his region and maybe travels proudly with an income support of USD $50,000.00 or more per year. When it comes to hunger, there is only one race. Men who provide money to citizens regardless of race are not racist. But, it is racist if we say we need a brown or black person in authority in a position of aiding and abetting election theft in an election disqualification and conviction for joint election fraud to miss the point; that money is a culture and clothing is a culture but somehow the North American per capita as compared to others from other countries is financially naked; financially naked with a woman or two in authority to solve it in some kind of indirect aboriginal protest maybe and it is Scandinavian cold in most of North America. Why don't we say we are Scandinavian and then mirror their envied social and economic policy? Some people resent clothing. Some people resent the phenomenon of money; maybe. Could someone have said that the existing Canadian with Canadian ID does not fit. The income support should be paid equally at $80,000.00 per year for s.15 ( Charter of Rights and Freedoms legal equality. They know the fact scenario. Will the government bring a motion to correct itself? The Ontario economy is not consistent with the dignity of the country's anthem.

The Board Game and the Cold War where sufficient money per citizen per capita is the only issue, only variable and the key defense. 

 If this was a board game  or COLD WAR where the only challenge is the price at the cash register or how long can your people survive outside of their home country or the rate of attrition during  non-hot war situations,  then your North American population, people or  tribe or tribes( the English) will lose in your own home land in front of people from other nations( such as Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, Russia, China, Bosnia, Bulgaria etc) and you are going to jail for losing the game (but we could play hockey and football in this board game and we see more money is what we need to do it; what we need to win); since you need to pay and if you don't pay for what is in your bag, we can see you took it off the shelf  on camera and did not pay.   But, we can with authority open the door at the subway, save a life or lives at the DSS; ensure the vote is sacred, get a pardon and really run for the highest office with authority in the power of what we can do rightly. So, we will open the door for that man; save a life.    Some people are still waiting for their first  income support payment; 29 or more years late after their 14th birthday at no more than $18000.00 per year but if you paid the new $80000.00 per year income support per Canadian tomorrow, he would be so thankful that he would probably be soo anesthetized in joy that he would forget the arrears.   But, he would always be $702,000.00 over his life time behind you, under you; disenfranchised and treated unequally in this undignified mistreatment contrary to Article 14 of the Constitution or s.15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. You should not have put this burden on anyone.   Canada is supposed to be an expansion territory for the Anglo peoples but this potential expansion is moribund and held up by piracy theft of benefits in the UK banks and also in Canada also. We can ameliorate this.  The bank employee could be a gambler and will feed on anyone, hoping not to get caught but his operator ID identifies him and all of his activities at the bank. We had the first female Vice President on tv;  but not legally or officially it seems. She "shoplifted" the office or aided the actual shoplifter. But, we could have the money necessary to traverse the reality of human existence. We need an economic architect to ensure our safe, warm habitation just as we carefully find architects and builders that provide us with capable habitation.  Did she put a hose through her own basement window during a storm and attempt an insurance scam? Does she have children who carry this propensity?  Only the owner gets the award for any insurance claim.     But, now where is the income support money for the North Americans If you had children attending school that looked like white owls or brown chip munks  or black elks with their books and papers, wouldn't you teach them your culture about equality, the golden rule to do unto others as you would have them do unto you??

But, this West Indian who is now also essentially North American or English  is telling you with that DNA of the marooned European explorer in him that Jamaica was not intended but was a location of ship wreck and "under supply" for many years and that he is really trying to get back to Europe; his ancestral fishing ground so to speak. Being settled  there in Jamaica is not  his dna's goal and eventually it was a penal colony.  For a long time, his only way out of being a marooned European explorer with no ID was to pirate you and your ship ajd use your ID to get back to Europe if he could and occupy everything  he can with his West Indian experience and the Pangea DNA now born in him along the way.   This is his story and his DNA is still manifesting  this scenario through  the Creole Pangaea population that still shows signs of this need to express.   A man born  in England with an English accent steals your passport at the pub.  A man from Quebec working in a French hotel or French Bank  steals your passport; and why?  Apparently the Great Lakes will now be called the Serene Lakes.

This is what we also see in the year 2022; almost a quarter of a century on the way to the 22nd century that the English have identified money as a hinge or fulcrum of the great, ancient culture and he is hitting at money in causing the quiet totality of the great culture a bit of a hick up as if to hold the culture hostage in his self starvation.   The way things work now; though is that if you choose for your people not to have enough money, then how do they exist and compete as a culture among cultures when they are less likely as English to be able to afford the coca cola than any other linguistic group in the world. Most other cultures and linguistic groups guarantee their populations at least $40,000.00 per year as income support.    

The numbers and hegemony. 

The numbers indicate that the Pangea people of the Caribbean are purporting a Bahamian hegemony over themselves where the Bahamian people receive $20000.00 USD per year  as income support.  The English receive 17000.00 gbp pounds at the moment; many of them.  Some receive more. 

We have many products to sell but we need to build and fund consumers; a simple humanoid that is struggling with the boredom of joblessness like all other peoples in the earth. But, he have enabled him or her with money to do that job with his income support; to be that consumer. They pay in equally and must benefit equally with all other Canadians.    

  The Canadians, the majority of them receive $18000.00 CAD.   After you have worked out your hegemony calculation in this format, what about your inability to survive very long any where in the world or the issues with forming a family to communicate hegemony in pace with those other populations; the inability to pay for rent, a vehicle, food and travel where you ultimately, you are trying to find more supporting economies else where that will provide more money; before you solve the amount of support paid in your own lands? Now you have vacated your own spaces and have called other people to occupy the spaces you cannot afford to occupy in your own home territory?  What you see is that the Eastern European has come; and the Chinese. They may invite you into their spaces to buy their food but they cannot pay the bill for you. You must pay for yourself.  The Eastern European is cooking the fish and chips and the roast on Sundays.  He invites you in and offers authentic pub fare but he is not paying the bill. You must pay; and if you don't he will call the Bobby or the Bill on you. You are now dead and  your spot on the tube is taken by a Cambodian who is working in Red Curry paste factory in Dagenham.  The aperture of your English economy communicates population disappearance and loss of not only Bahamian hegemony but English hegemony; in general. The Australians are receiving only $18000.00 AUD and that is $2000.00 of something below what the Bahamian is paid.  This is the general aperture of the economy. You add to this the fact that some in the English countries as British nationals are not receiving any income support.  Some are receiving more than thee average from the general pool of tax dollars and the real issue is that the support is not a secret but it is not openly communicated and openly managed as it is in Europe where you can drive now over a bridge or through a tunnel in 20 minutes. The payment  of different amounts inexplicably creates a divided aperture and community.  A house divided is a house divided.  Our only distance or separation from Europe is in terms of our essential  culture  and attitudes about money.  By network, there is no separation but there is some separation financially. How do we as "British  nationals" uniform ourselves with money to be comparable to other populations moving around and occupying the world economy?  We may never outnumber other populations but we can at least say we have comparable pride and dignity where ever we may meet others from other cultures at  the cash register and shop or travel in front of others? If given more land to occupy as British nationals while we have enough land to occupy, we are equipped as British nationals to occupy that land and face the only set of rules in the game and that is the cost of surviving real humann need.  .ost others populations  have enough.  What hegemony, therefore, is achieved at $20,000.00 per year when your population is beneath all others in the world essentially when asked to face the only set of rules in the game and you  can't really win it but  you can put on a cunning, chicanerous  under equipped show for as long  as you can; like an English boy playing football in the muddy ground against others  that have  soccer shoes on  and our boy has bare feet so he can barely stand up. You asked him to join the school team and the band but he cannot  afford to buy his own soccer shoes at 16 years old. You expect someone else to do it.   The aperture of the global British National economy is an under equipped self effacement as you face the rules of the cash register, the price and the cost of living in scrambling to satisfy your human need.   But if you are English, even the University of Nottingham where Warren was accepted to complete a second  masters in EU law knows the rules.  At EU law we are just as good as any other EU country and this is to be so when it comes to our equipping of all British nationals globally, including Quebec, in a uniform manner to face the global economy.  The NWT has now increased their income support pursuant to EU standards and is now paying it's citizens $80,000.00 per year.  What are you trying to tell us about facing a  Norwegian or Greenland type cold weather with only $18000.00 per year?   You are not financially uniformed or equipped to face the conditions  of the game, that is to shop and pay to answer human need.   At $18, 000.00,  you have enough to run away maybe and try to find money in another economy.  But, the global brands and marketers would  like you to see that they need buyers of cars and coca cola right where you are. You are the buyer. Cooperate, work like a team intending to win and ensure you and your people have enough right where you are.  The hockey people  should enough to buy sticks and also afford the habitation in which to house the sticks.

Do you know the woman who only gives birth to her babies in a public toilet; at a mall or shopping centre and then she wonders if this kid in the library is....one of hers?  But, he is white or he is not as black as I expected.  Maybe someone uses the church secretary's tampons to make children so they have a capable set of nice children; men and women that are really helpful.  Thank God.  Bless the mother and the father.  Bless the mother and the father.  

 This is success; Coca Cola...when it sells but not when it is stolen. You want to go to the world cup but you can't say you have ensured  that your entire  population as citizens and permanent residents is certainly and consistently receiving an income support.  What if you are not allowed  to attend  the tournament because of these UDHR violations and you can no longer attend the UN building. Why do you want to participate in the UN and you do not comply?   You, as parens patriae, make promises that you never keep so the pressure of the broken promises comes up in a loss of dignity at the coffee shop. What is that sting in my gut?  She says you did not fill her latte cup or toast the bagel and she wants you to re toast it and fill the cup with more hot water.  Otherwise, we see the Anglo generally is underfunded in a milieu of disappointment and lack of facility.  

But, let us see what power one stubborn farm animal might have caused in the old world with respect to your farm economy; before the machines took their place.  Maybe the stubborn farm animals were eaten.  The only issue is how to deal with a stubborn nation of humans that do not respect the need for money  to be paid as an income support benefit to every national resident in their economy. If you pointed out that something  is missing in their economy, I am sure they would not be offended and defensive about it and with some genuine sensitivity and love for the neighboring lives of all Canadians, they would move to ameliorate what is missing and help all Canadians if it is that some are getting no money and many are not getting enough. The genuine loving political representative would not hesitate in any spirit of competition...we hope.  What if someone told you your team's skates need sharpening or they just don't eat enough or seem not to be able to afford to do so in their own home and native land? What if they told you that some Canadians who would like to work as an assistant to a lecturer or in a retail environment, serving you at an airport have not received their income support?  

So, we reduce them to nothing but consumers essentially in their economy with nothing else to decide except but what to eat.  There is a slow but sure element of foreign employees in the service industry and in the government; many of them Asian and you know you are an eligible potential employee with experience, maybe more experience than who is working there now and you see the only people on the phone are from South Asia or Latin America; and some Africans also.  It is interesting to observe because some of us have very good references available.     The Canadian, next week, and you will decide, will have more than enough money at $ 90000.00 per year to choose their breakfast, lunch and dinner and their brand of running shoes; a favorite running shoe and a second favorite shoe.  These people are useful to occupy the cold land and they fit into the landscape. They will choose EMS jobs and training.  They will still work and will ensure safe travel and transportation; and of course they will still find a job in the same way that the foreigners are hired.  They identify themselves as foreigners since that is a part of the hegemony rhythm when the question is who wants to be a local?        

There has to be an hour or let us say a moment in time when your population just gets up and goes some where else; when there income support is not sufficient in itself to cover the cost of life in that part of the world or maybe no where else in the world. So, they leave and they will be accepted in their refugee and asylum claims.  I am not sure if every Egyptian is circumcised or every Palestinian. But, those people raise families and  have dignity and they cooperate with the ancient culture. The land of England with its great ability to store books of historical evidence agrees. Truth is authority.     Money is the great culture and you don't have enough as a population per citizen.  This is when you stand toe to toe with a Mexican who receives $30,000.00 per year as income support and you see you cannot, on your money alone, survive as long as he can any where in the world.  You say you know there is a problem but you want to know if  the He or She will come to fix it.   The Pakistani and the Mexican thank you in Canada for opening the door for them like a well raised Canadian chicken.  As Canadians, our feathers will keep us warm; we can only hope and we are not competing in the economic arena when we are facing every Mexican with $30000.00 and every Pakistani  and the other South Asian. They enter Canada legally and occupy the Condo legally or the house legally and they pay. They have $30000.00 per year.  There is a picture here or polemic you are designing.  You want his land and 4 bed habitation. You testify. That town is a brown reservation again but with Asian-ification and some sprinkling of Latinization but they don't come in high numbers because its freezing and this land is not their fishing ground.  I would probably as an immigrant choose Wisconsin where its the same lake almost but there is less hunger where they pay $30,000.00 and the same cold water fish.  The global economy brings them to Canada when we leave in search of more money else where. Why couldn't we just  solve the problem and enjoy our Canada and watch tv in Canada? All we do is watch tv in Florida and you could almost sleep outside and talk all night at the Walmart in Fort Lauderdale at the front door; to survive.  Maybe you are not human yet but an ice age fossil who says to the world "...in nonverbal behavior that  I was dead and frozen when you found me and I and my dna threaten to freeze ourselves.  That is what you are doing to you while you are being asked to apply your own laws and pay this income support equally to all permanent residents."  $18,000.00 per year as income support is an argument with your own habitation and existence.   Did you know they use soybean oil mixed to look like crude to coat the railway tracks?   Did you know a cup of coffee is worth more than a litre of gasoline? It's because you are cold and need to warm up too often. We can "Team Canada" solve it!   Look at how you have complicated systems of team recruitment, training, eating, exercise and preparation right across the country. Adding money to this will help.  You pay some legal residents automatically from 14 years old; some are paid from 12 years old in Quebec with their provincial policy variations. How do we want to dress and uniform ourselves economically; with money to face the rest of the world  as and when we meet them in our own Canadian hometowns?  These Pakistanis and Mexicans, however, could be our relatives if they came to this cold fishing ground to watch tv just like we did.  We are all part of the team.  Forget about race.  You are your running shoes and the culture it emblemizes.  We are all McDonalds. We are all the national team jersey we wear and hopefully you did not resort to stealing it.  We are all therefore culturally diverse humans.  Can I feel my whiteness or my blackness? I tap white women employees on the arm quite often on major airlines as a black law student and I have had no problems. But, if they would have a problem I would probably not ask them. I know what dogs are growling and what dogs are purring in worshipfulness in their work. But, if someone asked me if I was reminded of my blackness...when someone was rude to me in public or.....deceitful or illegal or just wrong in how they would address me as a paying customer, I would say there is, and she knows, there is a whole container of presumption about what one's life is like and one's experience is like usually in probability for any black and it is soo deep in her soul that her presumption is that a moment of rudeness is a reminder of the truth of one's experience. When a white man suffers these experiences, is he reminded of his whiteness?   You are asking for perspective.   I have seen these moment of impasse when she called the cops on a white guy that looks like the white quarter back also and you think she is nursing a prom date let down; you know the New England quarterback.  So, it really is about how the airline fails a customer; and I think the white guy is dead no matter how swagger NAVY BUD he might have looked like....because he argued and struggled with the authorities.  I am a witness and he was innocent but sometimes you just need to calm down.  You can't really run around the airport like the movies and hide in an air duct like the dude. The airline stewardess could be my mother maybe and she needs to know when I am getting my income support.  She is feeling mistreated it seems.  

It can't be that people could always just do their job and maintain the share price of the airline as it has now plummeted apparently.  How can a moment of rudeness and personal failing when dealing with a customer be a reminder of the said customer's blackness?  Someone is hurting.  I am hurting because we have several North Americans being reminded that Canada and the United States has failed in their NATO obligations and have not helped their residents with an income support although it would take seconds to locate their bank account numbers and send payment from the great gut and save that resident from a truly uncooperative moneylessness.  Charity begins at home.  But they want to help the Ukraine.   I would have to wonder what planet is she on or if she is  from a different world so to speak.    

 But, there is nothing new under the sun.  the 2011 model is just as good as the 2012 model Porsche. So why fret about the newest?  Take a look. We see some human beings have eternal vendettas if you could be worth more than them because of your....and even if you offered them half of your earnings as a mechanic, they would  rather kill you and your mother than see you cooperate with him; a fossil from the time before Abraham could reason with Lot that they can cooperate with no quarrel between them. cooperation is technology.     There is yin and yang and also Cain and Abel but some how we will find a way to cooperate.  If you cannot pay every legal resident on  your own volition, maybe you see another country will do it and use you and your ability to pay to buy products they sell and manufacture. Ford is a symbol of national celebration in North America but is owned by Tata partially with the products built by TATA. Volvo is owned by a Chinese corporation but the image is Swedish. To run Volvo, the Chinese company did not move a 1/3 of China to Sweden. The company is run mostly by computer network.   The Chinese or the Norwegians could pay our income support. They already receive our  tax collection directly in Europe and 50% is paid to China.   6 months of the income support could be paid by Europe and the other six months of income support are paid by China. We can get on with enjoying our lives, shopping for vehicles, buying food and just being a worthy participant in this landscape. You know it's wrong and illegal that in many cases no money is paid to a number of citizens and permanent residents. Could you really be a serious hockey nation but economically ridiculous?   You say you know there is a problem but you want to know if  the He or She will come to fix it.     The policy nationally is to see every citizen and permanent resident is  paid an income support and allow the provincial governments to set additional policy to fulfill the mandate.  But every citizen and permanent resident means every one.  But to set a up a policy that upsets and evades the national policy is mischief, breaking the law. To decide to pay all the intended recipients in a grade 8 class and then some how avoid paying two or three recipients or one particular intended recipient is decrepit. 

The problem is not America's creation of products or their time spent in mass marketing but they have not created a population that can buy them any where with the same intelligence that achieves sure, certain and consistent product distribution so that the product is always available any where.  You have a dividedness in purpose with the American thinking about law, people and economics. Instead of compounding national debt further by reducing Federal loan rates to 0%, you add money to the consumer directly to see real consumer stimulus and then you take some back with a small Federal sales tax.  If you have the power to reduce the Fed rate to 0, you have the power to do many other less destructive things to ensure you see the market activity you  would desire naturally.   People are the market. You agree. Pay some money into your own North American people or would you rather bring Russians, Chinese and all other people to America; people who are paid an income support by their governments. Would you rather start a war to get the shame of slow economic activity off your back.    People are not to be depreciated but appreciated. You tell them  as children that if they work hard in school, they can go to the moon  and you will be proud of them and that they can wish on a star and then you..... you do something else....once they finish school and become adults. What is it that you do? What attainment or achievement is it? 

 The issue is you spend money to market products with advertising but you do not put a little money...with the help of your government.....to ensure you have a total market of people that you also call buyers that can absorb the product...and you say they should just have money....and you would rather just bring people from some where else and punish your own people as if they did something wrong. You say they have bad habits, that it must be drink or drugs or smoke and then you are anxious about consumer stimulus or market activity when they steal and cannot buy....and then you think of wars to stimulate the market,,,that lots of people will be hired  to work as soldiers and you want to keep the war going until everyone forgets the shame of  things not selling in what you call the depression or the recession.  But for 1.15 pounds an hour in the year 1936 when that year comes, as paid with certainty and consistency, you would ensure you have a market of appreciated people who can buy the products you market for sale. You pay everyone this income support.   It is the same as hiring everyone in a war.  You can also hire everyone part time to do work in the government if they are willing to work; hire everyone who is willing but you do not hire your own citizens who apply with education earned already in your society  but some how, you end up hiring foreigners from outside your society who you perceive as the more humble applicant yet they too have worthy international education. This is English and every citizen has an income support.  Will the emergency personnel come in a hurry to help put out the fire if the owner of the home has a degree or will they hesitate?"
