Even if we chose to be independent, we begin by first confirming and achieving our goals in paying every citizen their income support, paying our State and Federal employees that includes the military, buying the best new military hardware and paying down the debt until we are debt free and then we move into a funds surplus.  The only way to do all of this is to collect a little more. We can all agree that paying every North American ; including every West Indian  and Latin American $10.38 per hour 24 hours per day 365 days per year is not inconceivable in our current economic status so the Western hemisphere can enjoy its debt dependency and be better equipped global consumers in the new great consumer international competition for national pride; not just Olympic games or international football.  

If there is any service problem, you will be able to get help at the local DSS.   The recipients are likely to find budget motels for shelter and slowly they will progress to more expensive offerings.  They will start to pay rent again in due course.     

The US government is likely to start a Federal Sales Toll on all US consumer transactions that might be about 5% on all transactions in addition to the  state sales taxes. This sales toll to help de escalate over spending  or over consumption may sometimes increase to 10% and will vary from day to day.  It does not apply to the sale of vehicles or travel.      

This new Fed money would be used primarily to fund all US citizens not currently receiving an income support and they will be paid directly with credits into their bank account.  These individuals would be citizens in states that have not complied with the new Federal mandate to implement a minimum income support of $30,000.00 per year per citizen based on Roosevelt's original national mandate.  $30,000.00 per year amounts to 6 cents per minute. 

The states will comply shortly thereafter. States only paying less than $30,000.00  a year to their citizens will see the FED pay the under funded state citizen an additional top up amount so if the state is only paying $10,000.00 per year, then the FED will pay $20,000.00 per year.            

We pray for the population and for our politicians.  

This system is managed and operated just like a subway with fixed costs and money earned every day as you put a little bit of money into the system; a little money per citizen every day that is like a little oil in a machine or a little seed for a big harvest. The system takes the money from the economic traveler when he spends money.  Paying 25% sales tax so that your government can pay you $192.00 per day is a good deal. We usually pay 30% on some consumer debt anyway. We never think about how it impacts us. But, the money spent on consumer debt is not paid back to us collectively. This 100% sales tax might take place once a month. We redefine freedom not as the absence of taxes but as the certainty of moneyed provision for every citizen and we use sales taxes to achieve our goals lime ensuring all citizens have a sufficient income support to express North American involvement and relative hegemony in global consumerism as they travel around the world; just like all the successful economies we rave about and there will always be more immigrants taking on senior positions of citizenship in North America.
