I finally solved it; a function on the system for a pending of the orders that are unsual multiples of the same pizza order from the same customer on the same day or next day or multiples of the same hotel booking for the same weekend. Pend the duplicates and confirm with the customer before you bake pizza based on errors sent through due to faulty communication technology. I just had to go to Law School first.
