Is it a true that in a major shopping mall with a global retailer like JD Sports, they could try to ambush you when you attempt to return an Item? The receipts say return, exchange or store credit is available within a certain amount of allotted time. So, why did they, as rumoured, call the police on a Chinese kid in the GTA who recently attempted to return and get store credit on an item and also block his path with security guards if he wanted to leave the store? They also attempted to steal the receipt and allege to the police that the shoes were stolen. Did this really happen?
